In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "788w", "we", "us", "our" refers to 788w and all of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors operating the platform accessible at 788w.bid.
• "Platform" means the 788w website at 788w.bid and all associated applications, tools, mobile interfaces, APIs, and services made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 788w Platform in any capacity, whether or not a financial transaction has been completed.
• "Account" means the individual player account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the 788w Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of a Player's real money funds, bonus funds, and any other credited amounts held within their 788w Account, as may be segregated by the Platform into separate wallet compartments.
• "Game" refers to any gambling product made available through the 788w Platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, RNG table games, slot machines, sports betting markets, and fishing game products.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback reward, or other incentive offered by 788w to a Player subject to stated terms and wagering conditions.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, bonus claim, or transfer of funds within or between 788w Account wallet compartments.
• "Verification" means the identity and payment method confirmation process required by 788w in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering procedures.

By accessing the 788w Platform — whether by visiting 788w.bid, completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or performing any other action on the Platform — you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the 788w Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

To register and maintain a 788w Account, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during the period of Account operation:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 788w or any of its game suppliers or payment processors.
• Hold only one single active 788w Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the name, mobile number, device, or payment method used.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification.
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 788w currently in effect.
• Not reside in or access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Players registered in Pakistan must provide a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number upon request during the verification process. 788w may additionally request a photograph of the CNIC, a selfie for biometric matching, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 788w Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. Specifically:

• You must not disclose your password or one-time verification codes to any third party under any circumstances, including individuals claiming to be 788w support staff. 788w staff will never request your password.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 788w Account that is not used on any other online service.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 788w Account via Account Settings.
• You must notify 788w support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account credentials have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party.

788w will not be liable for any financial losses or account damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, unless and until you notify 788w of a breach in writing and 788w has had reasonable time to act on that notification.

788w accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Pakistani players:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate account review and suspension pending investigation.
• 788w does not accept deposits in any currency other than Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All 788w account balances are denominated in PKR.
• 788w does not charge deposit fees. Any transaction fees levied by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits are credited to your 788w Account upon receipt and clearing. 788w is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank system outages, or telecommunications network interruptions.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change at 788w's sole discretion. Current limits will always be displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

Withdrawal requests from verified 788w Accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for standard accounts and immediately for VIP-tier accounts, subject to the following conditions:

• Only real money balance is withdrawable. Bonus balance must meet all applicable wagering requirements before it can be converted to real money balance eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and 788w's verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is Rs 500. The maximum withdrawal per transaction for standard accounts is Rs 5,00,000. VIP-tier accounts may be subject to individually negotiated withdrawal limits.
• 788w reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to Account Balance.
• 788w reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that 788w, in its sole and reasonable judgement, considers unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern relative to the Player's deposit and gaming history.

788w offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all 788w promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money balance. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the individual Player to whom they are offered. Bonus sharing, transfer between accounts, or claiming bonuses on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Each promotional offer may specify which game categories and specific titles contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may carry reduced wagering contribution rates as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically without further notice.
• 788w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, except where a specific offer has already been accepted and the Player has begun meeting the wagering conditions.
• Players found to be misusing bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures, creating multiple accounts to claim signup bonuses, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have all associated bonuses and winnings confiscated and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

All games available on the 788w Platform are operated in accordance with rules set by the respective game suppliers and are subject to the following general provisions:

• All game results — whether generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for digital games or by live physical game equipment for live dealer games — are final and binding upon settlement. 788w does not reverse settled game results except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction or game supplier certification error.
• In the event of a technical failure, connectivity interruption, or system error affecting a game in progress, 788w will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and complete the game correctly. If this is not possible, the stake for the affected round may be refunded at 788w's sole discretion.
• All game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. Published RTPs are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official competition results at the time of the event's official completion. 788w follows standard industry settlement rules for postponed, abandoned, or shortened events, as detailed in the specific sport's betting rules available within the sportsbook section.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded due to data feed errors will be voided and stakes returned.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 788w Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, without limitation of any other legal remedies available to 788w:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the 788w Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or game malfunctions to gain an advantage. Players who discover such errors must report them to 788w support immediately. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live poker or any other competitive game format.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with payment providers without first raising the matter with 788w support and allowing 788w a reasonable period to investigate and respond.
• Using the 788w Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.
• Sharing Account credentials with or playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 788w Platform — including but not limited to the 788w trademark, logo, software, user interface design, graphics, game integrations, content, and documentation — are the exclusive property of 788w or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written authorisation from 788w. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the service for personal, non-commercial gameplay purposes only.

788w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the 788w Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data principles include: your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties; data is stored using industry-standard encryption; data is shared only with regulated payment processors, game suppliers, and verification service providers necessary for Platform operation; and you retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. 788w is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your 788w Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Applied immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which you cannot access the Platform or override the suspension.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 788w Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, your Account cannot be reopened and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788w, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 788w Platform, even if 788w has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or betting opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment processor failures, or telecommunications network interruptions.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game suppliers, payment processors, or verification service providers integrated with the Platform.
• Any financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from gameplay decisions, incorrect bet placements, or misunderstanding of game rules or odds.

788w's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player, regardless of the basis of claim, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

788w reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification within specified timeframes; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or at 788w's sole discretion for operational or commercial reasons. Upon termination for reasons other than Player breach, 788w will return any verified real money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may voluntarily close their 788w Account at any time by contacting support, provided no pending withdrawals or disputes exist.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788w holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their formation, interpretation, breach, termination, or validity — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. 788w and the Player agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication with 788w support before initiating formal legal proceedings.

788w reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active Players via in-platform notification or by email to the registered address no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter substantive Player rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the 788w Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your Account.
